We are also London's biggest ski/boardwear hire shop - our technical outer layer ranges are new every season. We now offer a wide choice of 16 jacket and 6 trouser styles for hire. Our hire service is unique in offering most of the essential accessories for hire - goggles, apres-ski boots and helmets.
The hire period for shop bookings is counted from the Wednesday before a weekend departure to the Monday after returning. So, for a week's trip beginning on a Saturday, we allow the clothes to be out of the shop for a maximum of 13 days. For online bookings, we allow an extra two days for postage or delivery back to us
Cancellation of hire bookings results in an automatic 25% administration charge, so we refund you 75% of the original cost. The penalty is increased to 100% if cancelled within a fortnight of the booked departure date.
Ski Togs Hire and Sales reserves the right to make an extra charge on credit card accounts in the event of the following:-
1) LATE RETURNS OF HIRE GOODS. The charges will be as follows:-
* If the hire period was for 1 week, the charge will be increased to 2 weeks for each item returned late.
* If the hire period was for 2 weeks, the charge will be increased by 50% for each item returned late.
* If hire items are not returned after 28 days from the collection date, the charge will be increased to the full purchase price.
2) STOLEN, LOST OR DAMAGED HIRE GOODS
Hire items that are lost, stolen or irreparably damaged will be charged at full purchase price. If the damage is reparable, there will be a small charge for repairs.
Next day courier deliveries cost £10. We offer free courier costs for orders over £200. Hire items have to be delivered by our next day courier service.
Return of hire goods at the end of the hire period is the responsibility of the hirer. For items hired in the shop, we require them to be returned by the end of late closing on Monday night. For online hire items, we require them back by the end of Wednesday after your return. We do not charge for the 2 extra days allowed at the end of the trip. (see 'Making a Purchase' for penalties for late returns)
For hire items, whether booked in the shop or online, we ensure the items are either ready for collection from the shop or delivered to the customer's address by the Wednesday before a weekend departure. For mid-week departures, the hire items will be delivered by the Monday.

For returns of hire items, we cannot accept returns before the start of the hire period unless the customer pays for the return of the original hire goods and the delivery of the replacements . The sizing chart gives accurate guidance on choosing the right size.
All hired items must be paid for when booking. The charge will only be actioned when the booking has been confirmed by e-mail.
